Press
The SwingMan 20 sets the industry standard in heat press design for sublimation and textile heat transfer production. Its ergonomic swing-away design reduces operator fatigue while increasing productivity by providing full access to the platen during setup.
Temperature settings range up to 450°F, with full-range repeatable pressure adjustments capable of handling items up to 1¾ inches thick. The large 16" × 20" platen makes this press ideal for detailed and complex jobs.
Display
The integrated color LCD touchscreen controller allows easy adjustment of time and temperature settings. The display also shows the current pressure each time the press closes, and user presets allow operators to quickly save and recall settings for frequently pressed products.
Design
What makes the SwingMan 20 stand out is its ability to apply over 1200 lbs of downward force with minimal effort. HIX’s exclusive progressive linkage system creates a mechanical advantage where a small amount of force at the handle produces significantly greater pressure at the platen.
Even at maximum pressure, the press can be opened and closed with very little effort.
